He usual adult dose of this product is 5 mL two to three times daily with meals or as directed by a physician. 10 mL of suspension provides 1000 mg Calcium  100% U.S. RDA for adults and children 12 or more years of age. Shake well before using. Store at controlled room temperature, 20 degrees - 25 degrees C (68 degrees - 77 degrees F). Protect from freezing.
