Lay strap around base of knee with blue material facing skin. Rotate strap so that the pressure-strip is positioned directly under kneecap. Loop strap through buckle and adhere Velcro closure. Fit should be firm, but not constricting. Close Velcro strap before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water; rinse well; air dry. Do not tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or use fabric softener.
