Tremella, also called Silver Ear, is a mushroom with large loose lobes. It is a rich source of dietary fiber and Vitamin D which is essential for bone health. In ancient China it was used to nourish the lung, stomach and kidney as well as to moisten skin and produce a healthier complextion. It is said that imperial concubine Yang Guifei, known as the most beautiful woman in Chinese history, loved this mushroom very much. Direction :
